It is a hostel in Valencia, Spain. It is a new family business, not too big, so it offers a personalized experience, and with a very high reputation score. We worked on revenue management, OTAs and online reputation.

Hostel Mondpalast

It is a nice hostel located in Dresden, Germany. Has a nice outside sitting area and a capacity for almost a hundred persons between privates and dorms. Our project here is mainly revenue management related.

Hotel Casa Daupi

It is a boutique hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Located near the beach with high standards. The main challenge was defining a sales strategy in this very dynamic market that demands to constantly adapt.

HI – Marina Dos Anjos

Is a beautiful hostel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It belongs to HI Hostels, so it has standards to respect. We worked on marketing, CRM, OTAs and revenue management. Also helped defining processes.
